Remove plastic film before cooking. Position rack in the upper third of oven and preheat to 375°F. Place the frozen beef wellington on a parchment lined baking sheet or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake until the pastry is golden brown, and an instant read thermometer inserted into the center registers 130°F to 135°F for med-rare, for 35-45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes prior to serving.
