From thawed.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425'F. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Place on baking sheet, do not allow to touch. Bake 15 minutes. flip, bake another 15 minutes until hot and crispy. Let the wings rest for 3-5 minutes then serve.
Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 390'F. Do not stack product. Cook until hot and crispy for about 7-9 minutes.
