Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove from cardboard tray and place on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Cover Gateau with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until warmed through. Remove foil and bake another 2-4 minutes. Must be heated to an internal temperature of 165°F.
