Our Prime Rib Roast Complete Dinner includes an item with revised preparation instructions. You may receive the original or revised version for your order. Please see below for details.

Creamy Crab Dip: Allow product to thaw under refrigeration for at least 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Place dip in an oven safe container (original packaging is not for cooking). Place dip in oven and allow to cook for 18-22 minutes or until product is fully cooked through and reaches and internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven. Allow to rest for minute and serve.

Prime Rib Roast: Thaw 2-3 days in the refrigerator in packaging.
Take prime rib out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours prior to heating. Leave prime rib in the package.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove prime rib from the package, place beef on a baking sheet lined with foil. Do not cover; heat for about 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 100° F. Remove from oven, allow to rest 10-15 minutes. Remove netting to serve.
It is recommended that internal temperature be monitored closely by using a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking. Heating times may vary as all cooking appliances are calibrated differently.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake.
Remove lid and preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and top is browned in places. To ensure it cooks fully, stir gently halfway through baking. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until casserole is finished cooking. Let set for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving

Molten Chocolate Cakes:
Original: Prepare Molten Chocolate Cakes from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place Molten Chocolate Cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one Molten Chocolate Cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave the cake for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
OR
Revised: Do not refreeze after thawing.
Thaw and Serve: Thaw frozen cakes in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and into the preheated oven. Bake for 17 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place frozen cake on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 50-55 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
