Creme Fraiche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not remove plastic film and preheat the oven to 350°F. Bake 30-40 minutes or until the product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Optional: For a bit of browning, remove the film after 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Macaroni & Cheese: Conventional oven: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Preheat oven at 375°F. Place pan on a baking sheet and bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until sauce starts to bubble. If top browns too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Remove from oven: Contents will be very hot. Let stand for up to 5 minutes before serving. Microwave: Cook from frozen. Remove film. Place pan in microwave on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Sweet Potato Casserole: From Thawed: (Preferred Method) Thaw in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid from the tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. From Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove the lid from the tray and discard. Place tray on a baking sheet and place on the middle rack. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Carefully remove casserole from the oven. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Creamed Spinach: Convention oven: Bake from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic film. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack of the oven. Cover with foil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Carefully remove the baking sheet with the tray from the oven. Microwave: Make small holes in the film. Cook on high for 6-8 minutes. Rotate. Continue Cooking on 50% power for 5-7 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes after cooking before removing from microwave. Carefully remove the tray from the microwave and carefully remove the film.
Eastern Shore Creamed Corn: Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic from the tray. Place the oven-safe tray on a baking sheet and bake for 44-50 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
Green Bean Casserole: Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove the lid from the container. Place on baking sheet. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the sauce, is bubbling. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
