Preparation
Broil: Spray or coat pan with oil. Place 6" from coils.Turn crab cakes over once during cooking. Pan Fry: Cook in 1/8" to 1/4" of oil in pan. Heat to medium temperature. Turn crab cakes once during cooking. Bake: Preheat conventional oven. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place pan on rack in middle of oven 15 min. Cooking Times-Broil, thawed 8 min., frozen 12 min., Pan fry-thawed 5 min., frozen, not recommended. Bake-thawed 400 degrees,15 min , 350 degrees 25 min.
