Old World Pork Schnitzel Dinner for Two

Vanilla Bourbon Bacon Lollipops get this meal off to a hearty beginning followed by our Pork Schnitzel, old-world comfort food at its finest. Served alongside our Garlic Mashed Potatoes, you’re sure to fulfill the heartiest of appetites. For dessert, a European tradition and one of our favorites, Sticky Toffee Pudding. Everyone will be well-fed and delighted. Serves 2.


Vanilla Bourbon Bacon Lollipops, 5 oz.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes, 12 oz.

Pork Schnitzel, four 3 oz. pieces

Sticky Toffee Pudding, two 3.5 oz. servings

Old World Pork Schnitzel Dinner for Two


Vanilla Bourbon Bacon Lollipops: Cook from a thawed state. Preheat oven to 375°F and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F. Flip product halfway through cooking. Oven temps may vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Cook until desired crispness is reached.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove film and place tray on cookie sheet. If frozen cook for 20-30 minutes (or 10-20 if thawed), or until fully heated throughout. Should reach an internal temperature of 185°F. Stir halfway through cooking time. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Pork Schnitzel: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake on a sheet pan for 10 minutes, or until heated through. An internal temperature of 158°F must be reached. Ovens vary adjust accordingly.

Sticky Toffee Pudding: Warm the frozen pudding in a preheated oven 350° for 20 minutes. Containers are oven proof. Some sauce may leak out, simply scoop up and spoon over the top!
