Preparation
Warm 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add 4-6 potstickers seam side up; saute until browned and release easily from pan--about 3-4 minutes . Add 1/2 cup water reduce heat and cover pan. Cook until heated thru, 4-5 minutes more. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
