Preparation
Duck:
Conventional Oven: Cook from a thawed state. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove from packaging and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes.

Grill: Cook from a thawed state. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration. Place duck on rack, skin side down over medium heat. Heat 10 minutes. Flip, heat an additional 5-10 minutes until heated through.

Sauce:
Stovetop: Place unopened packet into boiling water. Return to boil. Heat for 6-8 minutes. Clip corner of the packet and pour over duck.
Microwave: Remove the sauce from the packet and pour into a microwave safe dish. Heat sauce on HIGH power for 1 minute and 15 seconds. Pour the sauce over duck.
