Thaw completely under refrigeration prior to cooking.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour into oven safe dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes and allow to rest for 3 minutes.

Microwave Oven: Pierce the top of the pouch several times with a knife and set in microwave-safe dish. Heat on HIGH for 2-21/2 minutes and allow to rest for 1 minute.

Stove Top: Pour contents of pouch into a small non-stick pot and cover. Heat over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Allow to rest, covered, for 2 minutes.
