Stove top: Bring pot of water to boil, then REMOVE FROM HEAT. Place pouch into water and allow it to sit until heated throughout, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the pot and let stand for 2 minutes.
Microwave: Remove from pouch and place in microwave safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for about 5-10 minutes until heated throughout.
