Our Mini Crab Cakes are a bite-sized version of our Perfect Crab Cakes™, made with the same hand picked crab meat and recipe that has been perfected over many years. Our Crab & Artichoke Flatbread is truly additive and one of a kind. The mix of flavors, highlighted by the sweet crab and savory artichokes, is accented beautifully by the sharp Romano cheese. Preparation

Crab Dip: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from plastic container and place in oven ready dish. Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Mini Crab Cakes: Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375 F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last two minutes of baking. Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Crab & Artichoke Flatbread:Do not thaw before baking. Do not eat without cooking. Due to the unique ingredients, toppings may have shifted during handling. Pre-heat oven to 425°F. Place oven rack in center position. Remove flatbread from box and all packaging. Place flatbread directly on oven rack in center position. Place another rack under flatbread rack lined with tin foil to catch any droppings. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until crust is light brown and cheese is melted and golden brown. Internal temperature should read 165°F as read by a food thermometer. When cooked properly, the flatbread crust will be light and crisp. Ovens vary, please rely on appearance.
