The French country classic is given a gourmet makeover. They feature a hand-formed pastry shell filled with a delectable blend of eggplant, red peppers, zucchini, and tomato, sautéed with fresh garlic and classic French herbs. Superb as a vegetarian entrée, or an elegant side for any meal. Classically gourmet. Six 4 oz. tarts; each serves one.

Cook from thawed. Remove product from packaging and place on a greased baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 12-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do NOT microwave.
