Our Crown Roast of Pork Complete Dinner includes:

24 - Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: bites of flaky puff pastry, savory Feta cheese, and lush caramelized onion topping
1 - Stuffed Pork Crown Roast (9.5 lbs.): succulent grain-fed pork, rich and meaty, with a delicious apple stuffing in the center that is all prepped, tied, and ready for roasting
3 - Vegetable Potato Medley (1 lb. bags): par-fried potato rounds mixed with tender asparagus, button mushrooms and green beans flavored with oil, parsley and garlic
1 - Kettle Cooked Apples (32 oz.): sweet kettle apples hand cooked in small batches of a cinnamon and brown sugar sauce
1 - Triple Chocolate Cake (9”): four layers of moist chocolate cake iced with a creamy chocolate frosting and topped with chocolate rosettes and curls

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Stuffed Pork Crown Roast:
Pork Crown Roast: Completely thaw under refrigeration 48 - 72 hours prior to cooking.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Twine on roast can be left on the product before cooking, but should be removed before consumption. Remove stuffing pack from the center of the roast and allow the roast to sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Season the roast with olive oil and coat with salt and pepper. Place the roast on a rack or in a roasting pan. Place in the center of the oven for approximately 2 hours or until the internal temperature is 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Stuffing: Thaw the stuffing in the refrigerator.
Remove from the bag and place in an oven safe pan. Spread evenly and cover with tin foil. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes. Once cooked place stuffing back in the center of the roast and enjoy.

Vegetable Potato Medley: Cook from frozen
Skillet:
Preheat skillet on medium heat. Add frozen vegetables and cook for 4-5 minutes without stirring. After 5 minutes continuously stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Microwave: Place in a microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.  To ensure food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. 

Kettle Cooked Apples: Keep frozen until ready to use, thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours.
Stove Top (Preferred): Pour contents into a pot and heat covered on low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until product begins to simmer. Microwave: Pour contents into microwavable container and heat covered on high 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.

Triple Chocolate Cake:
Single Slice: Cut and remove slice from frozen dessert. Thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
Whole Dessert: Thaw in refrigerator for 10-12 hours before serving.
Keep thawed dessert tightly covered in refrigerator. Best if consumed within 7 days after thawing. Refreezing once thawed is not recommended.
