Mushroom Medley



The earthy, meaty flavor of these mushrooms makes them a perfect addition to any dish. The rich blend of Portobello, Shiitake, and white button mushrooms is sautéed with butter and herbs and a touch of sherry, creating a luscious dish that’s rich and satisfying. A terrific side or steak topping.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Do not remove the film and place the tray on the baking sheet. If frozen, cook for 45-50 minutes (or 25-30 from thawed), or until bubbly and fully heated through. The product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
