Street Corn: Prepare from frozen. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Stove Top: Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet on med-high heat. Add 1/2 bag of product and cover for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
Microwave (1100 Watts): Microwave 1/2 bag of product on high for 9 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through cook time. Let stand for 1 minute.
Cotija Cheese: Thaw cheese overnight under refrigeration when ready to use.
Once thawed, crumble your desired amount over the cooked corn. Use the cheese within three days of thawing.
