Signature Ham Dinner

Signature Bone-In Dinner Ham: If frozen, thaw for 24 hours under refrigeration. Remove from packaging. Serve chilled, at room temperature, or heated per instructions. If desired, preheat oven to 325°F. Bake covered for 75-95 minutes and heated throughout. Return to refrigeration within 2 hours.

Vanilla Bourbon Bacon "Lollipops": Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bacon on a rack over a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F, flipping halfway through. Cook to desired crispness. Let the glaze packet thaw for an hour until it reaches room temperature. Drizzle over bacon or use as a dipping sauce.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Pumpkin Swirl Cake: Refrigerate or freeze until ready to eat. Thaw 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate or freeze any leftover cake roll.
