Some shipments are packed with gel packs, and some do not require refrigerant. When shipped alone, non-perishable gourmet foods may arrive in a corrugated box.

Some items ship in tins or giftboxes, as noted in the product description, and everything is packed to keep the food secure and protected in transit. If you'd like to add a gift message, you can do so at checkout for orders shipping to an address other than the billing address.
