Easter Ham Dinner

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms:
Do not microwave. Do not bake in plastic trays. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.

Artisan Spiral Sliced Ham:
Completely thaw in refrigerator. Requires 2–3 days to thaw fully from frozen.
Fully cooked—just gently warm before serving. Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove packaging and preserve liquid. Place ham cut-side down on a large sheet of foil in a roasting pan. If desired, rub dry honey glaze (included) over ham before baking. Pour reserved liquid over ham and wrap completely with foil. Warm in oven for 10–12 minutes per pound. Do not overheat, as this will result in dryness.

Crème Fraîche Mashed Potatoes:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and film. Place frozen mashed potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with foil. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes from frozen or until internal temperature reaches 165°F and heated throughout. Remove from oven and remove foil. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Green Bean Almondine:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and plastic film, cover with foil, and place tray on a baking sheet.
From Frozen (preferred method): Cook for 35–40 minutes.
From Thawed: Cook for 15–20 minutes, or until fully heated through.
Stir halfway through heating time. Product should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Do not overcook. Stove tops and cookware vary; heating time is approximate.

Lemon Crunch Cake:
Thaw at room temperature for 4–6 hours before serving.
