Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place skewers on hot oiled grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange the skewers in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 5–7 minutes, flip the skewers, then bake for another 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
