Pan Fry:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place crabs on a greased baking sheet. Place on the middle rack and bake from frozen for 14-16 minutes, turning once halfway through, and heated throughout. Cooking from thawed is not recommended.
Oven:
Keep frozen until ready to use.
Cook in 1/8"- 1/4" oil in pan over medium-low heat. Cook from frozen for 6-8 minutes turning once halfway through, or until crab reaches 145°F and heated throughout.
