Chicken Wellington: Keep frozen until ready to use.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove wellingtons from all packaging and place on a parchment lined baking sheet on middle oven rack. Bake from frozen for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven. Let stand for 1 minute and serve.
Vanilla-Bourbon Bacon “Lollipops": Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw under refrigeration overnight.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place bacon on a rack over a cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F, flipping halfway through. Cook to desired crispness. Oven temps may vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Let the glaze packet thaw for an hour until it reaches room temperature. Drizzle over bacon or use as a dipping sauce.
Vegetable Gratin:
Oven: Do not defrost before cooking. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the frozen gratins on a paper-lined sheet pan in the center of the oven. Heat approximately 30 minutes.
Microwave: Place the frozen product for approximately 3 minutes in the microwave (900 W). Leave for one minute before consumption.
Lemon Crème Swirl Cake: Thaw and serve.
