Thaw caramel sauce at room temperature for one hour or warm in container of hot water.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen apple dumplings on a greased or a parchment lined baking sheet pan. Bake at 400°F for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Drizzle caramel sauce on dumplings before serving as desired.
Do not microwave caramel sauce packet.
