How is my order packaged for delivery?
Most of our products are packed in insulated coolers with dry ice to stay frozen in transit, arriving ready for your freezer. Please do not touch dry ice directly. Some shipments are packed with gel packs, and some do not require refrigerant. When shipped alone, non-perishable gourmet foods may arrive in a corrugated box.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most orders ship within two business days, with faster expedited and overnight shipping options available at checkout.
Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift messages?
Some items ship in tins or giftboxes, as noted in the product description, and everything is packed to keep the food secure and protected in transit. If you'd like to add a gift message, you can do so at checkout for orders shipping to an address other than the billing address.
