Zucchini Lasagna

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Peel off the clear plastic film from the tray, cover tray with foil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Cook thawed product for 10 minutes or frozen product for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 10-15 additional minutes until the zucchini parmigiana reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow zucchini parmigiana to rest for 5 minutes and then remove from tray before serving.

Microwave: Lift one corner of the plastic film from the tray. Do NOT remove product from tray. Place in microwave. Cook thawed product for 10-12 minutes, or frozen product for 14-18 minutes, or until zucchini parmigiana reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow zucchini parmigiana to rest for 5 minutes and then remove from tray.
