Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place unwrapped potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave:
Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

I would purchase them again. I was able to buy them in our local supermarket years ago, but they stopped selling them. And I loved the twice baked potatoes. I am glad that the Mackenzie company is selling them again.

Again, I’m not sure if it’s because I was cooking multiple items in my oven, but the potato’s turned out very, very dry and without the flavor I had anticipated.
