Our Smith Island Cake has revised preparation instructions. You may receive the original or revised version for your order.

Original:
Remove plastic wrap from the cake prior to thawing. To serve, thaw cake overnight at room temperature and serve once cake has completely thawed.

OR

Revised:
For best results remove product packaging prior to thawing. Thaw overnight under refrigeration and bring to room temperature prior to serving. Excess products may be stored wrapped and refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
