We pair Monterrey Jack cheese with lump crab meat and fresh pico de gallo for an authentic Mexican gourmet treat. Just pop in the oven or pan saute for a quick family dinner, mouth-watering appetizer or snack. Eight 6" quesadillas; each quesadilla serves one.
Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
Stove Top: Remove quesadilla from tray. Over medium heat, with just enough oil to cover the bottom of the saute pan, saute approximately 4-6 minutes on each side till golden brown.
Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F, brushed with oil on a non stick pan and bake 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 8-10 minutes till golden brown.
