Lobster Crostini:
Original: Cook from frozen.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Remove all packaging, and place the Crostini on an aluminum foil-lined baking tray. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.
OR
Revised: Remove lobster crostini from packaging before cooking. Lobster crostini is fully cooked when internal temperature of dip reaches 165°F.
Bake from Frozen: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place 12 lobster crostini on a lightly greased baking sheet. Place baking sheet on the bottom rack of the oven. Bake for 9-10 minutes. For 24 lobster crostini, bake for 10-12 minutes.
Air Fry from Frozen: Preheat air fryer to 375°F for five minutes. Place 6 lobster crostini in the air fryer. Air fry for 7-8 minutes. Based on a 1550-watt air fryer. Air fryers vary; adjust cooking times as needed. CAUTION: May be extremely hot. Allow product to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Mini Crab Cakes:
Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Preheat pan on medium heat with tsp. of oil or butter. Cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
Crab cake may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160°F prior to consumption.

Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites: Prior to cooking, remove bites from box and plastic film and place on baking tray. Bites should be cooked from frozen and in included tray.
Bake for 15 - 25 minutes in a preheated 400°F oven or until heated throughout, firm, and browned on top (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 - 8 minutes, run a knife around edge of each bite to loosen, and remove from tray to serve.

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops: Uncooked seafood for safety must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F measured by a thermometer. For best results cook from a frozen state.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic trays and place on a baking pan 1/2" apart. Rotate if necessary. Depending on the number of pieces cooking time may vary. The approximate cooking time for a conventional oven is 12-16 minutes. Do not microwave.
