This has all the goodness of Northern Italy in one incredibly rich pasta dish. Tender beef and pork tortellini are tossed with strips of Parma ham and green peas and bathed in a creamy Alfredo sauce. The flavors of Italy are simple but delicious. Makes for a lovely side dish or main course entree. Two 24 oz. containers of Tortellini ala Panna, each serves 2-3 as an entree.

Preparation

If Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat to 350° F. Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Cook on a baking sheet for 40-45 min.

If Frozen: Preheat to 350° F. Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Cook on a baking sheet for 55-60 min. Microwave: Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Microwave on high for 10-12 min.

Microwave: Remove tray from box and peel one corner of film to vent. Microwave on high for 6-7 min.

*Do not cook in microwave below 1100 watts as product may not cook thoroughly. Use oven preparation instead. If not using a turntable rotate once during cooking.
