Fancy Fruit Cake
We’ve tried a lot of fruit cake over the years, but this was love at first bite. Ripe cherries, fresh succulent pineapple, plump raisins, crunchy almonds, pecans, and English walnuts are lovingly blended with just the right amount of bourbon, rum and brandy. So much better than Grandma’s fruitcake, and a new family tradition. Each holiday fruit cake is 2 lbs., and serves up to 8-10. Makes a great holiday gift for the hard to buy for, or a special dessert.
