Mexican Street Corn



Tender corn is flame-roasted, bringing out its sweet taste, and tossed with mild jalapenos, green onions, garlic, cilantro, and a hint of lime. Mix with the included Cotija cheese for a gourmet version of this popular south-of-the-border favorite. Enjoy as a side, serve cold as a salad, or use as a creative topping for nachos—the possibilities are endless.

Thaw cheese overnight under refrigeration. Please keep corn frozen. Use the cheese within three days of thawing.

Stove top: From Frozen, heat 4 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add corn and cover for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from pan and garnish with a sprinkle of cotija cheese to taste.

Microwave: From Frozen, place ½ bag of product in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 8 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through cook time. Use care when removing product from microwave as contents will be hot. Remove from microwave. and garnish with a sprinkle of cotija cheese to taste. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.


Cotija Cheese: Cultured Pasteurized Grade A Milk and Skim Milk, Sea Salt, and Enzymes.

Street Corn: Roasted Sweet Corn, White Corn, Salsa Blend (jalapenos, green onions, garlic, cilantro), Olive Oil, Seasoning (sea salt, maltodextrin, sugar, spices, honey powder [maltodextrin, honey], vinegar powder [maltodextrin, distilled white vinegar], cilantro, parsley, lime juice powder [maltodextrin, lime juice with added lime oil]).
