This delicious casserole is pure comfort. All the goodness of a Russet baked potato, loaded up with bacon, cheddar cheese, chives, and sour cream, for an incredible, rib-sticking dish that will satisfy every taste bud. 32 oz. serves 4-6.
If cooked from thawed: Thaw overnight or up to 48 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375°F for a conventional oven or 350°F for convection. Remove lid. Bake casserole for 35-45 minutes. If cooked from frozen: Preheat conventional oven to 375°F or convection oven to 350°F. Remove lid. Bake casserole for 50-60 minutes. Caution! Product will be hot. Let product stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
