Calamari, with its mild flavor, is very versatile. Covered in a light breading highlighted with salt and pepper, the tender calamari is only seasoned lightly to enhance the fresh flavor. It couldn’t be any easier, just bake and serve with the included marinara sauce. You get 20 oz. of Salt and Pepper Calamari total, serves 6-8 as an appetizer, or 3-4 as a light entree.

Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place frozen calamari rings on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. For best results, tum calamari over after 5 minutes. For extra crispy calamari, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Deep Fry: Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350°F. Place frozen calamari rings in a fryer basket and deep fry for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Drain on paper.
