2 - Gravlax Style Smoked Salmon (4 oz): packages of Ducktrap River salmon, endowed with the flavors of dill, garlic, and lemon zest that is first cold smoked to preserve the natural moisture
2 - Ducktrap River Smoked Salmon (4 oz): packages of traditional Ducktrap river hot-smoked salmon that seal the naturally rich, buttery flavor and seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices
