Ducktrap salmon is trimmed, filleted, and seasoned by hand from the artisans at Ducktrap River of Maine. Sourced by local fruitwood, the salmon gets smoked for a rich, complete, and firm texture. 2 lbs. total. Kosher.

Includes:
1 - Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon (8 oz): 
sliced pack of Ducktrap River of Maine,   seasoned with a unique blend of herbs and spices and naturally cold smoked with local fruitwoods from Maine.
2 - Gravlax Style Smoked Salmon (4 oz): packages of Ducktrap River salmon, endowed with the flavors of dill, garlic, and lemon zest that is first cold smoked to preserve the natural moisture
2 - Pastrami Style Smoked Salmon (4 oz): packages of Ducktrap River salmon, cold smoked and kicked up with the traditional pastrami blend of herbs and spice
2 - Ducktrap River Smoked Roasted Salmon (4 oz): packages of traditional Ducktrap River hot-smoked salmon that seals in the naturally rich, buttery flavor and seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices

Pastrami Smoked Salmon: Bring to room temperature and serve. Or, serve slightly chilled with crackers or bread as an appetizer. Store opened packages in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.

Gravlax Style Smoked Salmon: Bring to room temperature prior to serving. Store opened packages in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.

Ducktrap River Smoked Salmon: Serve chilled, room temperature, or gently heated through. Store opened packages in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.

Kendall Brook Smoked Salmon: Bring to room temperature, or serve chilled as an appetizer with crackers or bread. Store opened packages in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.

Pastrami Smoked Salmon: Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) (color added through the feed), salt, pastrami style rub (spices, caramel color, paprika, natural flavors, expeller pressed canola oil (as processing aid), not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking), cane sugar, black pepper, and dill.
