Thaw cheese overnight under refrigeration. Please keep corn frozen. Use the cheese within three days of thawing.
Stove top: From Frozen, heat 4 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add corn and cover for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from pan and garnish with a sprinkle of cotija cheese to taste.
Microwave: From Frozen, place ½ bag of product in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 8 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through cook time. Use care when removing product from microwave as contents will be hot. Remove from microwave. and garnish with a sprinkle of cotija cheese to taste. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions to ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
