Safe Handling: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, store in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze.
Defrosting: Defrost in the sealed bags in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or under cold water for 1-2 hours.
Steam or Grill: Rinse thawed claws & arms under cold water. Steam for about 6 minutes or grill for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with lemon butter (not included) for dipping.
