Store frozen until ready to use, thaw under refrigeration approximately 12-24 hours depending on cut of meat.
Suggested cooking instructions:
Burgers: Season as desired, we recommend adding salt, pepper, and mayonnaise to the outside of the raw patty.
Grill: 2-4 minutes per side on a greased grill, on high heat until desired doneness.
Stovetop: Pan fry 3-4 minutes in greased skillet per side on high heat or until desired doneness.
Medium rare: Cook to 145°F
Well Done: Cook to 160°F
NY Strips: Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat strips dry and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes per side for well-done. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
