Keep frozen. Make sure the mozzarella sticks have reached 165°F, as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart on baking tray, parchment paper, or foil. Cook for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through, until crisp & golden brown.
Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen mozzarella sticks (do not thaw) 1/2 inch apart in air fryer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
