Baking from Frozen (Preferred Method): Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the tops of the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes for approximately 27-32 minutes or until they are golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, turn on the broiler for the last two minutes of baking.

Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration.
Preheat a pan on medium heat with one teaspoon of oil or butter. Cook the Maryland Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes in a covered frying pan at medium temperature for approximately four to six minutes per side.
