Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites

A smaller version of the gourmet standard, these mini-treats are all about the flavor of lobster. Rich claw and knuckle lobster meat and creamy, mac and cheese are joined for a pure gourmet appetizer. Easy to prepare and simply delicious, these will be the hit of the party. 24 pieces; 2-3 pieces serve one.

Prior to cooking, remove bites from box and plastic film and place on baking tray. Bites should be cooked from frozen and in included tray.

Bake for 15 - 25 minutes in a preheated 400°F oven or until heated throughout, firm, and browned on top (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 - 8 minutes, run a knife around edge of each bite to loosen, and remove from tray to serve.
