Best if cooked from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Remove from plastic trays and place on baking pan 1/2" apart. Cooking times may vary depending on the number of pieces and oven variations. Rotate pan if necessary. All meat, poultry, and seafood items must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F using a calibrated thermometer. Approximate cooking time 10-14 minutes in a conventional oven. Do not microwave.
