Turducken is a Cajun legend that belongs on any culinary bucket list. The concept is simple: a turkey stuffed with a duck that is stuffed with a chicken. The birds are deboned and separated by wild rice, sausage, and pecan stuffing—and even better, our version is a breeze to cook and serve. A showstopper for your table. 4-4.5 lbs., serves 8-10.

Keep product frozen until ready to use.

Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator approx. 36 hrs. prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, & place completely thawed roll in non stick roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, cut and remove netting and carve. Enjoy!
