Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration. Remove from packaging and pat dry for all cooking methods below.

Grill: Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Cook for approximately 15-17 minutes on each side until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the sausage ring on a baking sheet in the center of the oven for 15-17 minutes. Turn the heat down to 300°F and cook for an additional 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Stove Top: Heat one teaspoon of olive oil at a medium-high setting. Place sausage ring in the skillet and cover for 6-8 minutes. Turn over sausage ring and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
