You'll start with Caramelized Onion and Feta Pastry Blossoms, a blend of sweet, earthy, and salty flavors. Two 10 oz. premium New York strip steaks are the main attraction here, with Sour Cream & Chive Twice Baked Potatoes holding their own in a supporting role. End with decadent Molten Chocolate Cakes for a meal full of classic flavors. Serves 2.

2 - New York Strip Steaks (10 oz. each): naturally tender steaks cut from the center of the loin and wet-aged for a juicy, refined beef flavor
8 - Sour Cream & Chive Twice Baked Potatoes (5 oz. each): each is a single serving, featuring a crisp exterior with a creamy, rich interior of luscious sour cream and fresh chives
12 - Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: bites of flaky puff pastry, savory feta cheese, and lush caramelized onion topping
2 - Molten Chocolate Cakes (3.5 oz. each): individual bittersweet chocolate cakes with molten chocolate filling

New York Strips: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw under refrigeration.
Stove Top: In a skillet, add a little olive oil over medium heat. Pat strips dry and season with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for medium and 8 minutes per side for well-done.
Grill: Pat strips dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.

Sour Cream & Chive Twice Baked Potatoes: From frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place unwrapped potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The ridges will be browned and the potatoes should be heated throughout.
Microwave: Remove the plastic wrap and heat in microwave for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Caramelized Onion & Feta Pastry Blossoms: DO NOT MICROWAVE. DO NOT BAKE IN PLASTIC TRAYS. For safety purposes, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Conventional Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place product 1/2 inch apart on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on center rack for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Original 3.17 oz. Molten Chocolate Cakes: Prepare from frozen.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven: Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 45 seconds at 850W power (HIGH, adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven).

Updated 3.5 oz. Molten Chocolate Cakes: Prepare from frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 410°F. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and into preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Microwave Oven (800W): Place one molten chocolate cake on a microwave safe plate. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Adjust depending on the power of your microwave oven.
