It includes Double Gloucester, a buttery mild cheese with sweet notes; Stripey Jack, combining several varieties into one cheese; Lancashire, with a buttery flavor and crumbly texture; Vintage Cheddar, aged 12-24 months; Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger, a semi-soft, sweet dessert cheese with bits of mango and ginger. The hardest part is which cheese to start with. 33 oz. total, serves 8-12 as an elegant appetizer or unique savory dessert.
