Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Grill: Preheat grill to high heat. Pat steak dry and season as desired. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side for medium. Steak must reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
