Dry-Aged Hot Dogs: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw overnight under refrigeration.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill hot dogs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Boil: Bring 3-4 quarts of water in a large pot to boil. Add hot dogs to boiling water and boil for 3-5 minutes until heated throughout. The internal temperature should reach 160°F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
Dry-Aged Burgers: Best cooked from thawed. Please thaw desired number of burger patties overnight under refrigeration. Season as desired.
Grill: Preheat grill to high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Stove Top: Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for 3-4 minutes per side on high heat or until desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
