Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Season as desired.

Grill: 4-5 minutes per side on medium high heat or until desired doneness.

Pan Fry: 3-4 minutes per side on medium heat or until desired doneness.

For a well done burger, cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 160°F as indicated by a meat thermometer. Adjust temperature according to preference.
