Creamy Smoked Pumpkin Penne


This fantastic pasta is full of rich, earthy flavor. The inventive sauce features smoked pumpkin, which is pureed with cream, garlic, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Topped with a creamy ricotta cheese and a nutty pumpkin seed pesto, the combination of sweet, smoky, and salty is irresistible. All you need is a great wine and some crusty bread.

Bake from frozen. Do not remove film.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tray on baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake for 35-42 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
